Welcome to Bookysta. By accessing or using our mobile applications, websites, and services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using Bookysta.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Customer”, “Partner”, or “You”) and Bookysta (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should refrain from using the Platform.
Use of Bookysta is permitted only by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
If you are under 18 years, your parent or legal guardian must supervise your use. By permitting a minor to use Bookysta, guardians accept full responsibility for such use.
Bookysta disclaims any liability arising from unauthorized use by minors.
Bookysta is a sports turf and venue booking platform enabling customers to browse, book, and pay for slots at partner venues for various sports (e.g., Cricket, Football, Badminton, Volleyball, Pickle Ball, Basketball).
Bookysta acts solely as an intermediary between Customers and Venue Partners. Bookysta does not own or operate the venues, nor is it responsible for the quality, availability, or suitability of the facilities.
Venue Partners remain solely responsible for providing the booked service.
To use certain features, you must create an account with Bookysta by providing accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Bookysta shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain confidentiality.
Bookysta reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activity is suspected.
Bookings on Bookysta are subject to venue availability, partner acceptance, and timely payment.
Payments can be made through UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, or any other method enabled on the Platform.
Bookysta uses third-party payment gateways to process transactions. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of such gateways. Bookysta is not liable for payment failures or delays attributable to banks, payment processors, or technical issues.
A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment acknowledgment.
Venue Partners may define specific cancellation and refund policies, which shall apply to your bookings.
Bookysta shall process refunds only in accordance with the respective Partner's policy and is not liable for disputes between the Customer and Partner regarding cancellations.
In case of payment failure or double charge, Bookysta will facilitate resolution with the payment gateway.

Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without liability to Bookysta.
Venue Partners agree to:
Venue Partners are solely liable for customer disputes, injuries, or damages arising from services provided. Bookysta is not liable in such cases.
All content on the Platform, including logos, trademarks, designs, text, software, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Bookysta or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
Bookysta collects, processes, and protects your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Bookysta is an intermediary platform and does not guarantee the quality, safety, suitability, or availability of venues or services.
Bookysta disclaims liability for:
All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bookysta, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:
Bookysta reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms, misuse, fraudulent activity, or technical reasons.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Bookysta reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised version will be posted on the Platform with a new effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
